This ‘Outstanding’ Protein-Packed Ice Cream Tastes Just Like the Real Thing

Each serving of Protein Pints offers 10 grams of protein, yet only has five grams of sugar and eight grams of net carbohydrates. There are three servings in one pint, so if you consume the entire thing, that provides 30 grams of protein and 480 calories. According to Protein Pints, the sugar content is 85 percent less than traditional ice cream. Plus, it provides nine essential amino acids and contains no gluten or artificial sweeteners.
