Terry Bradshaw Testing New Show for FOX

0 6

Terry Bradshaw has been a fixture on FOX's NFL coverage for three decades, but the Pro Football Hall of Famer apparently has some other plans at the company in the works.

On the latest episode of the Nothing Left Unsaid podcast with former NFL defensive lineman and ALS advocate Tim Green, Bradshaw revealed that he testing out a cooking show on Fox Nation.

“We’re in the process of doing a TV show on Fox Nation, and it’s a cooking show,” Bradshaw said, via Awful Announcing. “I think it’s four segments they’re gonna give us to see if it’s any good.”

Bradshaw did not disclose any further information about his cooking program. The four-time Super Bowl champion is an avid cook, and his son-in-law Noah Hester was the 2024 Dallas Chef of the Year, which Bradshaw noted during the podcast appearance.

Bradshaw also has a new cookbook for sale

It's unclear the format of Bradshaw's cooking show, or even who will be on it. Perhaps the 77-year-old television personality will be the star, preparing food alongside guests, or maybe his family members will also join him.

In September, Bradshaw and his family released The Bradshaw Family Cookbook: Our Favorite Recipes for Game Days, Weekdays, and Any Day, which draws "on the family’s Southern heritage, their Texas roots, and an ever-evolving roster of new classics."

"Nothing brings together America’s first family of football like a home-cooked meal," reads the Amazon description for the book. "Whether it’s game day, a holiday, or an everyday gathering of the clan, when the Bradshaws get together it’s always a party, and no one leaves hungry. As Terry and son-in-law Noah work the grill and smoker, you’ll find wife Tammy joined in the kitchen by daughters Lacey and Rachel, everyone contributing their specialties to a feast worthy of a Hall of Famer."

Some of the recipes featured in The Bradshaw Family Cookbook include Nannie Bradshaw’s Sausage Gravy for breakfast and brunch, Famous Gridiron Nine-Layer Dip and Garlic Pull-Apart Pigs in a Blanket for snacks or apps, and grill options like Braised Korean Short Ribs and Smoked Maple-Bourbon Pork Belly Bites.

There are also various salads and side dishes, and desserts like Sweet Orchard Peach Cobbler or Louisiana Coconut Cream Pie.
