James Beard Award-Winning Chef Launches ‘Incredible’ New Pasta Sauce Collection

Celebrity chef Scott Conant—Food Network Chopped judge, four-time cookbook author, and James Beard Award-winning restaurateur—is using his Italian-rooted culinary expertise to bring his first product to supermarket shelves: pasta sauce. While there is no shortage of pasta sauce varieties on the market, Conant is known for his fan-favorite tomato sauce recipe that stems from his family's long history of scratch cooking.

Conant's pasta sauce collection, affectionately named Martone Street, is branded after the Waterbury, Conn., street where his grandparents built a house in 1945 after they immigrated from Italy. He shared in a Facebook post that his tomato sauce is the same recipe he's spent his entire life crafting, bottled for his fans to enjoy at home.

"Rooted in family traditions and reimagined with Chef Scott Conant's modern touch, Martone Street is about more than food—it's about connection, stories, and memories made around the table. Now you're able to bring our bold, soulful flavors into your own kitchen," the website reads.

The collection of pasta sauces includes four classic and unique flavors: Signature Pomodoro, Campagna Marinara, Arrabbiata and Mediterranean-Style. The Signature Pomodoro is a blend of ripe tomatoes, garlic, chili and basil with olive oil. Campagna Marinara is a mix of tomatoes, sweet onion, garlic, basil and olive oil with a touch of crushed red pepper flakes. Arrabbiata is a spicy puree of tomatoes, olive oil and Calabrian chili flakes. And last, but not least, Mediterranean-Style simmers together tomatoes, onions, garlic and olive oil with anchovies, vinegar, oregano and crushed red pepper flakes to make an über-flavorful sauce.

Fans are taking to social media to share their enjoyment of the new sauces. "That tomato sauce tastes absolutely DIVINE!!! Can't wait to get my hands on it!" said one person. "The calabrian chili and garlic is absolutely delicious," stated another fan. "This makes me so incredibly happy. It's so delicious and you nailed the packaging," exclaimed a super fan. Conant shared that his sauces are made with only the highest-quality ingredients and are slow-simmered, requiring no added sugar, which fans were thrilled to discover.

Martone Street tomato sauces are available for purchase on its website, with 24-ounce jars retailing for $9.99. If you want to try all four varieties, you can grab the sampler bundle, which includes one jar of each. Plus, it comes at a great deal since the four-pack costs just $35.99.

With Conant's reputation among the New York City restaurant scene, as a best-selling cookbook author, and judge on multiple Food Network shows, expect this sauce to be among the best on the market.
