Kane Brown Admits He's Been in a 'Slump' Amid Body Transformation Journey

0 6

Kane Brown showed off his body transformation earlier this year. The country singer has continued on his healthy journey in the months since but admits he's hit a road bump.

"I've been in a little slump," Brown, 31, exclusively told Men's Journal at the Uber One Rodeo in Austin, Texas, on Saturday, October 18, adding that he plans to keep "pushing" himself. "I think it's really, really fun just to push yourself."

After six weeks of being "super dedicated to fitness and health," the "Thank God" artist explained that the most surprising part of the journey was "that [he] could do it."

"It's the best part, but I'll say it's more mental than anything," he added. "I feel like a lot of people start working out and not, you know, not see results and give up."

According to Brown, walking and running were "mentally the hardest things to do."

"Right now, I'm going to try and start eating more. See if I can bulk up a little bit," the CMA Award winner continued. "Other than that, I found like a real struggle spot coming back from Europe. I've just kind of been draining not on the right schedule."

Despite his hard work and dedication, the "Miles On It" singer was met with a flood of accusations of steroid use.

"I f’n love it!!! Please on God drug test me," he responded after one follower commented, "I fully support anyone who wants to do performance enhancing drugs. What I don’t support is them doing them and acting like they didn’t, making people think this is possible."

"This isn’t even remotely possible even with world class genetics. This is a serious ass cycle to transform like this in 4 months. Just don’t lie," the comment continued after Brown showed off his transformation.
