This version of Danner's Mountain 600 offers even more durability than its popular sibling, the Mountain 600 Leaf. Unlike the Leaf’s leather upper, this version features a suede upper that’s complemented with a burly polyurethane-coated leather rand across the toe and lower portion of the boot above the sole. The suede offers good durability and looks great, while the rand offers serious abrasion-resistance and protects your feet from scuffs and scrapes.
Inside the boot, a Gore-Tex liner keeps moisture from soaking your feet. This boot is also super comfortable thanks to its OrthoLite foam footbed and EVA midsole; together, they cushion every step you take. Finally, it rides on a trusted Vibram Fuga Megagrip rubber outsole that’s studded with lugs for lockdown grip.
