Keith Urban’s Guitarist Maggie Baugh Teases Major Announcement
Maggie Baugh -- the woman who has found herself at the center of Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's divorce drama -- teased a major update.
"Announcement coming soon…" Baugh captioned a Monday, October 6, Instagram post. The image was a simple black screen.
Rumors began swirling that Baugh was somehow involved in the "Blue Ain't Your Color" singer's split from wife Kidman after videos shared of their recent performances were deemed flirtatious.
"Did he just say that," she wrote alongside a clip of Urban changing the lyrics to his hit song "The Fighter" on September 27, giving a special shoutout to his "guitar player."
Just two days later, news of his separation from the Big Little Lies actress broke with TMZ reporting they had spent the summer apart.
Kidman filed for divorce from Urban on September 30 after more than 19 years of marriage. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.
While neither Baugh nor Urban have addressed the romance rumors, the guitarist's father seemingly reacted to the news with a social media post of his own.
"No. Just no," Chuck Baugh wrote while resharing a TikTok video documenting the drama.
"Keith has been spending all his time with the band, rehearsing with Maggie. Perhaps through prolonged closeness, Keith and Maggie’s relationship grew quickly," the AI-generated clip claimed, adding that Kidman has been out of town filming. "Keith was secretly dating Maggie."
It's unclear whether the 25-year-old's father was implying "no, the rumors are not true," or whether he is seemingly pleading for the rumors to be false.
