Costco Is Selling an 'Outstanding' Restaurant-Quality Fry Pan Set for Less Than $30
Costco’s cookware section is loaded with high-quality, name brand options. Generally, at least one pack or set is on sale for a steal, giving us options whenever we’re in the market for new. This week, the Tramontina Professional 10-Inch Restaurant Fry Pan 2-Pack is featured, and I can personally vouch for these skillets.
As a past restaurant cook and culinary student, we solely used Tramontina fry pans. They’re heavy duty, they last a long time and their nonstick coating seemed to stay intact for the long haul, no matter how many times we used them on the line or sent them through the high-powered dishwasher. That’s why I was excited to see Costco offering these pans, and at a discount.
The 2-pack of 10-inch skillets are currently on sale for $28.99, making them only $14.49 a piece. They generally sell for $36.99 for the set. This is a steal, especially considering they’re made from heavy-gauge aluminum alloy and NSF certified. The handles themselves are made from cast stainless steel with three solid alloy rivets with their iconic removable red silicone grip.

The only caveat is if you cook on induction heat, these will not work, as they’re made from aluminum. They are suitable for gas, electric and ceramic cooktops, though. Additionally, they are only oven safe to 350 degrees, so take caution when searing, then placing the pans in the oven for your dish to finish. Some reviewers said they were safe up to 400 degrees, so be sure to reach the package instructions.
Shoppers are taking to the review section to share their experience using these fry pans. “I have tried other high end brands but find overall Tramontina delivers the best value per use”, said one person.

What Fans Are Saying
“We've used both these pans a handful of times so far and I hope they will last for years. They are a nice weight and I really like the removable silicone grips. They clean up very easily-I only handwash my nonstick pans to make them last longer”, stated another fan.
“Everything I've cooked turned out wonderfully. The nonstick is so good that it's easy to turn or move food like a piece of fish with ease. The handle is long enough and with the silicone protective sleeve, that you don't get burned by a hot handle. They clean up so simply with a little dawn and water. I always hand wash and dry. The price makes them a great value”, exclaimed one more.
The $8 off sale lasts through October 19, so don’t wait around if you’re in need of new restaurant-quality fry pans. It appears they're available to order online or shop for in-warehouse.
