Wendy’s Debuts New Menu Item With a Lineup of 6 Bold Dipping Sauces - And They’re Here to Stay
Wendy’s, known for their square, old-fashioned hamburgers, skin-on French fries and chocolate Frostys, is bringing a new item to their menu - Wendy’s Tendys. That’s right, Wendy’s will now offer their all-new chicken tenders as a core menu item, meaning they’re here to stay.
Wendy’s knows they’ve been a strong player in the fast food chicken market with their classic chicken nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich, so they’re confident their “flavor-packed, seasoned, crispy breaded and juicy, all-white meat” chicken tenders will please customers. They’ll be available as a 3- or 4-piece ala carte item or as part of a combo meal with two dipping sauces.

With the Tendys launch, Wendy’s also created 6 new dipping sauces to take things to the next level. That lineup includes:
- Wendy’s Signature: A creamy sauce with black pepper and hot sauce
- Sweet Chili: A sweet, spicy and tangy sauce with sriracha, ginger and garlic
- Scorchin’ Hot: A creamy hot sauce “with a heat that builds”
- Creamy Ranch: A creamier, richer version of their classic ranch
- Honey BBQ: Sweet and smoky barbecue
- Honey Mustard: Sweet honey plus tangy Dijon mustard
Not only are these sauces going to make for the ultimate dipping experience, they’re also available in larger containers than before, which fans are sure to appreciate. Additionally, Wendy’s is offering a new eating experience with packaging “built for dunking”, which includes a dip-cup cutout box that holds your choice of dipping sauces.

"Actually very surprised at how much I liked them, and all the new sauces I tried (signature, scorchin, ranch) were all good, especially the signature", exclaimed another. So far it seems it's paid off with the positive reviews.
Since the new Tendys and dipping sauces have already launched in restaurants nationwide, it may be time to give them a try.
