Devils Extreme World Champs 2025 – Live on Kayak Session
The Devils Extreme Race is back in a big way!
From August 21st to 24th, 2025, the world’s top kayakers will gather at the Devil’s Streams near Lipno for the prestigious HIKO Devils Extreme Kayak World Championships 2025.
And exciting news for this year, the Extreme World Championships FINALS will be broadcast live on Kayak Session (via KayakSessionTV). So make sure to tune in at noon (12:00-13:30 pm CEST) on Saturday, August 23rd, to catch all the action!
The Devils Race is a unique festival that brings together elite athletes, wildwater fans, and party lovers to the Czech Republic. Racing takes place on Friday and Saturday, with the river open to paddlers from Thursday afternoon through Sunday. Getting to the put-ins will be easy thanks to the special Helltrain shuttle, letting you enjoy the festival without worrying about transport.
This year, the event will double as the 2025 Extreme Kayak World Championships, alongside the usual dam-to-dam mass start race. You can register in one of four categories: Open Men, Open Women, Masters, or Youngsters. Online registration is still open.
The main sponsor, HIKO, supports the event with attractive prize money and awards for all categories. The expo area will also feature leading paddling brands like HIKO, Zet, Lettmann, Prijon, EXO, Palm, Sandiline, and Pyranha.
