2024 Paddlers Awards Winners – Heidi Walsh, Female Paddler of the Year
We are thrilled to announce Heidi Walsh as the Female Paddler of the Year 2024, after what has been a non-stop, standout year for her!
2024 has been a glorious year for UK paddler Heidi Walsh, Heidi hasn’t stopped all year from the looks of it, starting the year off in Mexico bagging endless classics like Twisted Pleasure, Silencio, the Agua Azul and much more, heading to PNW lapping the Ldub, dropping Money Drop, Punchbowl, getting out to California, heading to B.C, The North Fork, Stupid Falls and Oh Be Joyful in Colorado. Stopping off at the GoPro Mountain Games to take 2nd in freestyle, winning Gold in the Canada Cup on the Ottawa! Then jumping across to get a lap of the Stikine, and most recently living it up in Chile on the Rio Claro, The Nevados – running DemShitz Drop, and getting a descent on Newen! A mega year to say the least, without a doubt Heidi is worthy to take 2024 Female Paddler of the Year!
