I am going to buy a kayak and start fishing from it. I think I have done my homework and have decided on the NuCanoe 12.5 Unlimited. I plan on rigging it with an electric trolling motor. No peddling or paddling for me. Im too old and impatient. I will concentrate my time on the local lakes for bass, (and stripers) maybe even start competing and then my yearly pilgrimage to the Sierras for trout. Eventually, once my boat skills are able I might even try a beach launch and get me a yellow!
In the meantime Ill look to the forum for advice and entertainment, maybe even offer a few thoughts of my own .thnx. gooch
