Draynor received the first "night" effect in RS

I was looking over the newpost update to RuneScape gold determine if anything is of significance. Draynor received the first "night" effect in RS... and then I saw the "upgrades." The hats were amazing initially, particularly when you could left-click bosses to decant 3 dose potions. One sentence however, really disturbed me.

"We've added the 'Make-All' ......option for adding feathers and bolts." In shock, I signed onto the site and instantly retracted my Adamant Bolts (unf) and feathers. To my horror, attempting to flytch Adamant Bolts caused the Make-X window to appear. I teleported down to Sumona where I purchased Broad Bolt tips.

You might be thinking what's such a problem with being able automatically to flytch bolts. Bolts aren't able to be used to fletch while running or doing any other type of activity. This effectively kills the ability to Fletch while training any other skill. Fletching was a skill that could be learned with many other skills, without impacting the XP rate. Fletching could be done while you are Slaying. You could fletch while running from one location to the next. To reduce the horrendous rates of XP in Runecrafting or Agility, you might fly.

Fletching more than one set (10 bolts 15 arrows) every 0.6 seconds is impossible. In the past it was possible to flytch 2 or 3 sets per game click. This increased the XP rate of flying bolts over Magic Longbows.

One nerf is enough, but Bolt fletching was hit twice within one update. What positive "upgrade" do we get in return? The ability to semiafk train. Certain people are more inclined to work harder and have higher effectiveness. Why is it that Sawmill or buy RS gold Teaks be preferred over Ivy? Why should people who invest more time in training be penalized? Jagex promotes laziness?
