I recently bought a Dory and it came with a trailer. I found a trailer that is more specialized for Dory use and I don't need this trailer anymore. Its a flatbed Snowmobile trailer style trailer.
Its not the prettiest thing in the world but I'm pricing it accordingly, It tows straight and seems to be built well. The wiring for the lights will need to be repaired and the jack needs a new wheel...but otherwise its in fully usable condition. It comes with a spare wheel as well.
The platform is 8x10. There is platform comes to a point in front and is another 2' deep. Overall length with the Tongue is 17'. It uses a 2" ball.
It has spent its whole life registered in either Utah or Washington which are both states that do not require trailer registration or a title...so you'll have to go through the process of getting the VIN inspected and a CO title created for it.
With a few mods like a roller and a winch this would make a great raft trailer. Add a few more tie down points and some ramps and it would do great with ATV's or Snowmobiles.
I'd like to get $700 for it but that is negotiable especially for a quick sale. I live in the Front Range...but the trailer I'm picking up for the Dory is in Salida so I'd be willing to maybe bring it up there. I could possibly deliver it within an hour or two of the Denver area as well.
