Annual Dinner 2018

The 2018 annual dinner will be held at The Farmers restaurant in Yaxley, on Saturday 3rd February. This is suitable for all ages-
bring the family along too!

The cost will be £17.50 per person to include a carvery, dessert and tea& coffee. If you would like a smaller portion, please ask me.

The menu will be quite simple- a carvery will be available with a selection of meats to chose from on the evening. Desserts are
also available to chose on the evening. There is a fully stocked bar to buy drinks on the night. We have booked the function room upstairs so we have exclusive use for the evening.

If you are not familiar with this event, it is a social evening to get together with fellow members for dinner, and then there will be a 'Chairmans speech', the famous awards from the past year and a raffle to end the evening. There will also be a slideshow of members photos throughout the event.

If you would like to come along, I will need names and payment by Friday 5th January as I need to confirm numbers with the venue. If you are vegetarian, please make me aware also.

Payment can be made at the pool sessions with Richard, or cheques made payable to PACKERS sent to me at 18 Church Street, Whittlesey, Peterborough, PE7 1DB. I will also require a valid email address to contact you all closer to the event.
