The wind gods delivered some powerful and gusty condition this afternoon plus new snow as well. Made for some interesting conditions as kiters worked their way around the event course. Winds were from the east which saw the kite launches from the Crystal Bay area of the Ottawa river. Visibility was difficult at times with the fresh snow coming down and the wind blowing it everywhere.
