Wind Chill on the Ottawa river- Kiteboarding

Late afternoon kite session at Britannia in some near whiteout conditions at times. The temperatures kept dropping but the gusty winds did not let up as the wind addicted souls braved the elements in search of their fix. Very cold weather in the Ottawa region over the next few days, not sure if the wind gods will provide any opportunities for more fun on the ice.
