Ran Westwater today. I stop by the upstream shitters and the big garbage roll off and get my boat ready to launch. Decide I need to take a dump. Open the West door and there’s no toilet paper go in the East door and there’s a bit of toilet paper but some disgusting soul had missed the hole and shit on the outside of the tube I hope you read the Buzz and confess. The other two toilets closer to the ramp are also a mess.
