In the mid-90s I started running segments of the Colorado and its tributaries. By around 2010 I realized I'd run more than half, so I decided to go for it and try to complete the entire watershed, within some limits. Then in 2019 I moved to Washington to be my mom's caregiver, Covid came along, etc. I don't know when I'll be able to finish the job but I have done nearly 2,700 miles so far, not counting any repetitions, and have about 650 to go depending on how and what you count.
