Help Me Design a Big Water Boat

I found a set of new Aire Leapord tubes...18’x26 1/2”. I pulled a permit for the Grand, and this is is going to be my big water gear hauler.
Max frame length is 12’. So I’m thinking 5 bays, two seats forward and mounted wide. How wide should the frame be overall, and how wide should the floor be?
Here are some very rough measurements I’m getting started with. I’d like to hear others thoughts! Thanks!
