Lower Salmon No Wag Bags?!

A couple years ago we switched from an ECO-safe system to the Cleanwaste wag bag system (with the seat and two Gamma sealing buckets, big one for the waste bags and smaller one for supplies). It's better in every way. Cleaner, more hygienic, less smell, lighter, easier on the raft, easier to clean up at the end of the trip. We're floating the Lower Salmon this summer and I just read on the self-issue permit that they don't allow wag bag systems. That's crazy to me. I can pack the rocket...
