Cave Camp on MFS?

Anyone ever camp here? Would you with a group of 9 at ~3.5 feet?
They have really limited the layover camps this year it seems and we are short on options. We don't mind being somewhat cozy and like the idea of having Hospital across the river and the ability for a day hike to Loon.
Just want to make sure it wouldn't be miserable lol
