World Nomads Travel/Rescue Insurance? AAC?

Does anyone here have experience with World Nomads travel/rescue insurance or the plan that American Alpine Club offers members? I'm headed down the Grand in a bit and have heard the standard "NPS evacuates to the rim and then you're on your own". I've also heard the cost from there to Flagstaff is.... not cheap. So, I'm looking for options.

World nomads specifically includes coverage for whitewater kayaking/rafting. So, at least it's better in that respect than generic accident insurance...
