Low heat when turn on both Burner on the stove

I have Camp Chef Summit 2-Burner Camp Stove. Each burner individually works fine but when I turn on both I get low heat on both. It suppose to have 20,000 BTU on each burner. What could be wrong? Is it something that can be fixed?
