Rio Grande in the lower Canyon

Anyone have any beta on the Lower Canyons of the Rio Grande near Big Bend? I'm going to head there towards the end of December and curious what kind of flow is needed for a raft. I'm hoping to run a 14' NRS. Any and all beta is helpful.
