A takedown paddle that does not suck... so, not the aquabound shred...

For some longer bigger trips I like to have a takedown paddle with the trip, in addition to the hand paddles that live in the back of my son's hardboat. I was using (and hating) an aquabound shred 4 piece paddle, but the blades always get jammed into the shaft, and in this final case permanently lodged in.
Is anyone a little happier with their take down paddle? Can be a classic straight shaft.
