Found NRS Rush SUP paddle (lower half) Filter Plant

I found the bottom half of an NRS Rush SUP paddle on Filter Plant (Poudre River). I assume the owner still has the top half since it is broken. I tried calling a couple versions of the phone number on it, but a couple of the digits are too smudged to make out.
