Kayak users beware (rogue trader)

A friend bought a NDK Romany RM kayak from Sea kayaking Scotland (Link isn`t working sorry) in Oban and has had a bad deal from them. It appears he isn`t the only one and the owner refuses to answer any type of correspondence with customers who complain.
Buyers beware.
