The second ICF Canoe Slalom World Cup took place at Augsburg. Here is a gist of the action by the top performers at the women’s K1 and and men’s C1 slalom division. The women who won gold in K1, did it despite facing a two second penalty for gate touch and the man who got gold in CI was the only one of the two men who posted a clean run in the canoe slalom run. These two beat up Olympian champions who were competing with them so applause for these faster slalom runners!!
