TYSON FURY’S blockbuster heavyweight rematch with Oleksandr Usyk has already led to its fair share of heated debates.

But fans were taken aback as experts discussed the outcome of the fight in a SAUNA.

Sky Sports Boxing had pundits Johnny Nelson and Spencer Oliver discuss the fight in a series suitably called: “Rising Heat”, a unique show created by Bath and England rugby star Beno Obano.

However, viewers were left baffled that the ex-WBO cruiserweight champion and 1994 Commonwealth Bantamweight silver medallist had to do the show in a sauna.

One fan said: “I could really do without this conversation being held in a sauna. Whose idea was this? Fire them on the spot!”

A second said: “How do I unsee this.”

A third added: “How strange.”

Another said: “Sky Boxing has got a bit odd.”

A fifth said: “Bit weird doing this in a sauna?”

Asked about which of the two fighters had a better ring IQ, Nelson, 57, said: “Usyk. Even though that doesn’t mean Tyson’s isn’t [good].

“Tyson’s with his story, he knows everything about you and your opponent and your opponent’s opponent, your trainer, your coach and everything.

“He loves the sport and this is why this fight was so precious because it’s two fighters whose IQ is ridiculous.

“There’s no hustlers in there. There are no hustlers because he’s a big puncher.

Tyson Fury is a boxing historian but so is Oleksandr Usyk so that’s why this fight is so well matched.”

Fury’s stunning camp for the fight has seen him not speak to his wife or kids for three months.

The Gypsy King weighed in at a career-heaviest 20 stone (281lbs).

Meanwhile, the Cat came in at just over 16 stone (226lbs).

In terms of their full verdict, both Nelson and Oliver, 49, believed Usyk would retain the belts with a points victory.

Nelson brutally explained how Fury’s last three fights had shown him his “legs had gone”, while Oliver said Usyk would press and use the space how he wants.

On a side note, the show Rising Heat is a mini competition in itself that tests how long the stars can stay in the sauna before getting out, with Nelson trumping Oliver.

As it stands rugby star Anthony Watson holds the record, while Aston Villa defender Tyrone Mings is sandwiched between Nelson and Oliver.
