JACK Fincham showed off his incredible weight loss after losing almost two stone for a boxing match.
The 26-year-old star even compared himself to his fellow ex Islander Adam Collard, who was famed for his rippling abs when they both filmed the reality show.
Meanwhile, Jack was more renowned for his “dad bod” when he won Love Island with ex Dani Dyer back in 2018.
But his dad bod is certainly a thing of the past, with the hunk taking to his Instagram Story today to show off his toned tum.
The full-length mirror selfie shows Jack posing in just a pair of red shorts, with his rock-solid abs firmly on display.
He simply captioned the sexy post: “@AdamCollard I’m coming for ya” alongside the crying with laughter emoji.
Speaking earlier this month, Jack shared his pride in his transformation as he told former co-star Josh Denzel: “I’ve done about a stone and a half so far but I’ve probably got a stone to go.”
His fitness journey has been chronicled on The Sun’s reality show as he trains to become a professional boxer.
But not everyone has been left impressed by his weight loss, with Jack revealing: “Most people, girls especially, I keep getting messages saying ‘get the dad bod back!’

The hunk is newly single having split from his girlfriend of two months Connie O’Hara just over a fortnight ago.
He is said to be focusing on his baby daughter Blossom, who he welcomed in January of this year – although her mother recently claimed that he’d only seen the little girl three times in the last eight months.
