Boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya ‘pinned down and sexually assaulted woman in drug-fuelled attack’
BOXING legend Oscar De La Hoya has been accused of pinning a woman to the ground before sexually assaulting her in a drug-fuelled binge.
The unnamed woman is suing the boxer-turned-promoter for physical injuries and emotional distress after the alleged attack in November 2017.
De La Hoya is accused of inviting the woman to his California mansion before a coke and liquor binge in his kitchen.
He then allegedly told her about his fetish for transgender porn and asked her if she wanted to “experiment” sexually.
The woman claims he pinned her down and sexually assaulted her after he turned down her advances.
She claims she “repeatedly said no and demanded that De La Hoya stop”.
She says he then laughed and offered her a shot of alcohol.
The lawsuit claims she was left in “extreme pain and shock” by the attack.
De La Hoya denied the allegations in a statement to TMZ.

His agent said: “A frivolous lawsuit was filed recently alleging that Oscar De La Hoya sexually assaulted ‘Jane Doe,’ which is completely false.
“Oscar is a very successful businessman, running one of the country’s leading sports and entertainment companies – thus a prime target.
“We vehemently deny these allegations and look forward to vigorously defending Oscar’s good name and reputation.”
