Tomorrow fight fan at the Korakuen Hall will get the chance to see a notable Japanese Super Flyweight bout, as unbeaten prospect Hayate Kaji (12-0, 9) [梶颯] takes on Japanese based Filipino veteran Rey Orais (20-18-2, 5) in what is, essentially, a Japanese title eliminator.
Today, ahead of their bout, the two men took part in their weigh in for tomorrow's bout and both men made weight with no issues, whilst looking in great shape and ready for their fight.
On the scales both men were 115lbs and both sounded very confident.
For Kaji the prediction is a KO win in an interesting fight, as he takes a huge step towards a long awaited Japanese title fight. Orais on the other hand stated he wanted to get a shot at the title and would look to set up a victory in the early rounds, likely building a game plan based on chipping away at Kaji early and neutralising the younger, more powerful fighter.
