Fortuna says Davis is a chicken, hopes to fight him

Fortuna isn’t impressed by Davis’ choice of opponents.

In this quick video interview caught by Fight Hub TV, Javier Fortuna talks about wanting to face Gervonta Davis and calls him a chicken for the type of opponents he’s facing. Check out what he has to say on the subject through his interpreter...

“Hopefully that chicken [Gervonta] Davis will go up to 135. If not I’m willing to come down to 130 to fight him.

“I know who he is, I respect his promoter, they know how to take care of him. I have no problem with that, but hopefully he’s willing to fight me. That’s all I want.”

“He’s shown a lack of respect as a human being, he hasn’t done what a champion does...and he’s fighting guys he shouldn’t be fighting, cab drivers.”
