Igarashi and Cartagena have bout marred by headclashes

Earlier today Japanese fight fans at the Korakuen Hall, as well as those tuning in to G+, saw former world champion Toshiyuki Igarashi (23-2-3 12) [五十嵐 俊幸] battle against world ranked Miguel Cartagena (15-3-1, 6).
