Super Bowl Special: 8 football players who became pro boxers

YouTubers aren’t the first outsiders to invade boxing.

Football players have been doing it for decades, including a number of former NFL players. None have won a world tile but a few were decent. Most weren’t.

In honor of the Super Bowl, which takes place this Sunday, we thought we’d put together a list of football players-turned-boxers.

Here are eight of them, seven of whom are or were heavyweights. Tommy Zbikowski fought primarily as a cruiserweight.
