Pyeongchang, South Korea (dpa) - Germany‘s Laura Dahlmeier and France‘s Martin Fourcade are back in the medals hunt in Tuesday‘s biathlon mixed relay, with five golds at stake on day 11 of the Pyeongchang Winter Games.A victory for either in the relay would make them the first triple gold medallists of the Pyeongchang Olympics on another bright day with milder temperatures set to rise above freezing in the mountain venues.Canadian figure skaters Canada‘s Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir go into the ice dance event topping the leaderboard following Monday‘s short dance.Local fans will be raising the roof in the Gangneung Ice Arena where South Korea will be again out for gold in the women‘s 3,000-metres relay. South Korea has won this event five of the seven times it was staged at the Winter Olympics. There are medals up for grabs in the women‘s halfpipe in freestyle skiing and the Nordic combined large hill/10km event, while in action elsewhere the women‘s bobsleigh competition starts, there are quarter-final play-off games in men‘s ice-hockey, while men‘s and women‘s curling round-robin matches are in a key phase.
