The scene in Nashville before the Predators Stanley Cup Final home opener is wild
Nashville sure knows how to bring the fun before their first home Stanley Cup Final game.
Nashville is less than an hour from hosting their first ever Stanley Cup Final game and the reports are in. The scene in downtown Nashville ahead of the Predators vs. Penguins game on Saturday is one part party, one part celebration, and all parts a genuine hockey town.
Massive crowds have been drawn to Broadway, the major thoroughfare in Nashville. Country singer Alan Jackson is holding a concert before the game, and a watch party will be held for those unable to get tickets into Bridgestone Arena to watch Game 3.
The scene from downtown Nashville is quite incredible, but completely expected given what we know about the passion of the city for the sport of hockey.

In my short time covering hockey, I have never seen anything like this. Nashville is ridiculous right now. pic.twitter.com/pSCuXeGDda

Former Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan and brother Rob Ryan were spotted taking a hammer to the smash car seen at every Predators series thus far.
