What team would you want to see Lowry play on?

I'm a Raptor fan and I want the best for the team but I'm also a Lowry fan and I want the best for him as well. As was made evident this this post season that the Raptors can't beat LeBron James in the playoffs. Lowry has opted out of the his contract with the Raptors and is now officially a free agent, Lowry leaving the Raptors is very much a possibility and I wouldn't blame him if he does.

Lowry is a max contract player and there are many teams who will be throwing wads of cash in his direction, that being said, Toronto can offer far more money than any other team as they have his Bird Rights.

IMO the best choice for Lowry to compete for a championship would be The San Antonio Spurs, his game fits perfectly into the Spurs system and he'd very compatible with both Aldridge and Leonard, Kawhi in particular has a very similar play style to Derozan's except it's better and more efficient.

The 2nd best choice for him imo is for him to go back to Houston, not only is his game compatible with the system set up in Houston they can also offer him max money.

The third best team for him would be to take a chance on playing for the Pelicans. If he went to the Pelicans it would essentially be a 4 man team due to the monetary limitations.

Also I only put Western Teams because it would make more sense to put an Eastern team, the Raptors are already the 2md best team in the East, going to any other team in the east aside from the Cavaliers would be taking a step back.
