Trade Proposal
With Ross gone the team has gotten even smaller at the 3, technically speaking Bruno Caboclo is our 2nd string small forward.
We have a bevy of riches at all other positions but the 3 spot is most important position to be solidified since we're in the East.
The best person that I can think of to fill that spot is PJ Tucker of the Phoenix Suns, He's 6'6 245lbs and built like a truck, he's the closest thing to a LeBron stopper other than Kawhi Leonard. He can guard 1-4 I've even seen him slow down Anthony Davis.
The Toronto Raptors most expendable, yet valuable player is Cory Joseph unfortunately, Phoenix, like the Raptors, are unnecessarily deep at the guard spot. So they probably don't want him.
I was looking at some trades possibilities and I came up with this:
Toronto gets PJ Tucker
Phoenix gets Taj Gibson & Pascal Siakam
Chicago gets Cory Joseph & Leandro Barbosa
Chicago is looking to trade Gibson since he's a free agent and is likely gonna leave. Chicago gets two competent ball handlers to play alongside Butler.
Phoenix gets a veteran at power forward, in Gibson and Siakam an be a replacement for Dragan Bender who is looking like a bust at this point.
How's this sound? Any other trades suggestions?
