When will the NBA realistically return to Seattle? (Poll)

It has been almost exactly a decade since the Seattle Supersonics were sold from Howard Schultz to Clay Bennett, the snake who eventually relocated our beloved Sonics to Oklahoma. My question now is, after our antipathy for Bennett and OKC has grown over the years, and we cringe at seeing the Thunder in the playoffs year in and year out, when will the NBA ACTUALLY RETURN to Seattle?? Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer has recently been quoted as saying "There has been no discussion about expansion since I have been involved with the league. So, I don't think that will happen. The league has really moved to favor teams staying in their current markets." There are obviously other factors that will contribute to Seattle returning, of which most of us are aware of, including the movement of Hockey to Seattle, finding a team that is at the end of their arena lease, expansion, etc. That said, I am interested in seeing Sonic fans' opinion on when the NBA will return to Seattle (or somewhere in Washington) via a poll.
