By JAMES MADDEN
Dan Hurley has been very vocal about his interest in playing elite teams anytime, anywhere, and headed into next season, he’ll do just that once again.
UConn has begun finalizing a stacked non-conference schedule, which, as of now includes seven high-major opponents.
Needing five games to finalize its scheudle, UConn’s non-conference schedule looks like this as of now.
vs Kansas
@ Arizona
vs Ohio State
vs Michigan (11/6 at TD Garden in Boston)
vs Duke (11/25 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas)
vs Illinois (12/4 at United Center in Chicago)
vs Virginia (12/20 at Madison Square Garden in New York City)
Hurley’s Huskies are fresh off another Final Four appearance, in which they fell in the national championship at the hands of Michigan. Their early-season rematch with Michigan is already shaping up to be one of the games of the season.
