Kentucky transfer Jaland Lowe commits to Georgetown
BY ALEJANDRO LOPEZ
A Kentucky transfer has committed to Georgetown.
Junior guard Jaland Lowe will play for the Hoyas next season, he announced on his Instagram on Monday.
The 6-foot-2 guard averaged 8.0 points, 2.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game in limited action for the Wildcats after shoulder injuries kept him out for a majority of the 2025-26 season.
Lowe originally began his career in Pitt, where he was voted All-ACC in his second season, averaging 16.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game.
Georgetown will hope to get Lowe’s production back to what it was in his final year at Pitt as they add him to the roster alongside a pair of four-star high school recruits in Justin Caldwell and Alex Constanza.
