Texas Tech transfer Jaylen Petty commits to UCLA

UCLA has secured a sophomore combo guard for its recruiting class of 2026.
Rising sophomore guard Jaylen Petty will play for the Bruins next season, he announced on his Instagram.
The 6-foot-1 Seattle native averaged 9.9 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game for the Red Raiders.
He will join transfers Sergej Macura and Filip Jovic under head coach Mick Cronin. Petty’s decision came soon after an official visit at UCLA.
