Fisk University postpones basketball game in wake of player Andre Bell’s murder

Fisk University announced its game on Thursday will be postponed after the tragic murder of one of its players.
Twenty-year-old sophomore forward Andre Bell was shot and killed in Nashville, TN on Sunday.
Assistant Athletic Director, Scott Wallace, confirmed the school’s decision on Tuesday, according to TMZ Sports.
The team does plan on resuming play on Saturday. Fisk University will not play a home game until January 24, when the school’s sophomore class plans to pay tribute to Bell.
