Louisville lands Class of 2027 guard Isaac Ellis

Class of 2027 three-star guard Isaac Ellis committed to Louisville on Monday, he announced on X. Ellis – a 6-foot-1 guard from Moravian Prep (NC) chose the Cardinals over schools like South Carolina, Oklahoma State, Eastern Kentucky and Radford.
He is the younger brother of Eli Ellis, a standout freshman at South Carolina. where he was previously committed before de-committing from the school in November.
For the Moravian Prep, who plays as the YNG Dreamerz in the Overtime Elite League, he has averaged 30.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 8.0 assists per game, including scoring an OTE record-high 56 points earlier this season.
Ellis is Louisville’s second commit in the class of 2027, joining Ferlandes Wright, who pledged his commitment to Louisville in mid-November.
He is rated as a three-star recruit and ranked as a top-200 recruit in the class of 2027, according to 247Sports.
