Oregon has secured a five-star prospect for the Class of 2026.
Five-star Class of 2026 recruit Tajh Ariza will play for the Ducks in the 2026-27 season, he announced on Friday.
The 6-foot-9 forward, and son of former NBA Champion Trevor Ariza, had his decision come down to Oregon and USC, but ultimately landed with head coach Dana Altman’s program.
“When I went on a visit it was a no brainer.” Ariza said. “The environment that was there the winning program that they have, like the last couple years its been 20+ wins and just the culture that they have, the standard it’s going to help me become a better man on and off the court.”
Tajh Ariza plays high school hoops at St. John Bosco (Calif.) and has an ideal frame for a forward at the next level.
At 6-foot-9 with good length and ball skills, Ariza fits the prototypical build for a forward at the college and pro level.
He is the No.14 player in the Class of 2026, according to 247Sports, and the second member of the Ducks’ 2026 recruiting class, alongside four-star recruit Kendre Harrison.
