Adam Oummidoch cuts list to five schools
By JAMES MADDEN
Class of 2026 four-star Adam Oummidoch cut his list to five schools on Thursday, ON3’s Joe Tipton reported. Oummidoch is a 6-foot-5 guard from Arlington, Virginia and is currently a member of the Overtime Elite program. His list of schools includes Illinois, LSU, Villanova, Oregon and St. John’s.
Oummidoch has taken three official visits, thus far, and is expected to take two more later this fall. He has visited Oregon (September 5), Villanova (September 12) and LSU (September 19). Oummidoch is also expected to visit Illinois on October 17 and St. John’s on October 24.
He spoke with ZAGSBLOG in May about multiple schools in his final list and provided his thoughts on those programs:
LSU: “I’m in contact with the head coach and assistant Casey Long. They’ve been recruiting me since I was a sophomore. They’ve been pretty heavy on me and I’ve enjoyed my relationship with them since then. They came out to today’s game, came and supported me. So I like that staff too.”
Oregon: “I like Oregon. Coach [Josh] Jamieson has been at all of our games, showing love.”
Villanova: “[Kevin Willard] hit me up. The Texas coach had hit me up, too. But the new coaches that are moving around and stuff, I just got to get used to it and figure out what I’m going to do, but yeah.”
Oummidoch has not yet set a timetable for his recruiting, but is a current senior in the Overtime Elite program.
He is rated a four-star recruit and the No. 54 overall recruit in the class of 2026, according to 247Sports.
