Social media reacts to Knicks stealing another game in Boston: 'Should've traded five more first rounders for Mikal Bridges'
The 2025 playoff insanity continues. It was deja vu for the Knicks, as they trailed by 20 again to once again rally in the fourth and beat the Celtics in Boston to take a 2-0 series lead. Mikal Bridges stole the ball again to secure the win for New York just like he did at the end of Game 1.
Bridges scored all his 14 points in the fourth quarter, while Karl-Anthony Towns bounced back with 21 points and 17 rebounds. Josh Hart had 23 points with six rebounds, while Jalen Brunson chipped in with 17 points on seven assists.
Celtics can only look at the mirror and blame themselves. The team shot 25 percent from three (10-40), and set the record for the most missed threes in two games in playoff history. Jayson Tatum had a miserable night shooting five-for-19 (13 points and 14 rebounds), while Jaylen Brown was inefficient on his 20 points on eight-for-23 shooting.
