The full injury report for Tuesday night’s game.

The Golden State Warriors have quite a challenge in front of them: a road game against the 40-20 New York Knicks, which also happens to be the back end of a back-to-back. And to make matters worse, the Dubs are a little banged up after their Monday win over the Charlotte Hornets.

Here’s the full injury report ahead of tonight’s game, which tips off at 4:30 p.m. PT on TNT.

Warriors

Out — Jonathan Kuminga (right ankle sprain)

Kuminga’s timeline seems to be getting a little murky. It once seemed like he was certain to return on this road trip, and now it’s unclear when he’ll be back on the court. You’ve got to feel for JK, who has been out for two months now.

Out — Gary Payton II (nasal bone contusion)

Payton was involved in a scary collision on Monday, taking the crown of LaMelo Ball’s head to the middle of his face. The contact left Payton lying on the ground for a few minutes, before being helped off the court with a considerable amount of blood. After the game, though, he was in good spirits, and expressed optimism that he might be able to play today. That won’t happen, but it thankfully appears that he’s avoided a serious injury.

Questionable — Steph Curry (right ankle soreness)

Curry hurt his ankle on Monday, and was moving gingerly at times, though he stayed in the game. He said after the game that he thought he’d be able to play in New York, but wasn’t going to do anything reckless. Hopefully he’s able to play, but his long-term health is obviously much more important.

Knicks

Out — Ariel Hukporti (left knee meniscus surgery)

Hukporti was the final pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, but has earned a few minutes with the playoff-bound Knicks. Unfortunately, a knee injury will cost him at least all of March.

Questionable — Karl-Anthony Towns (personal reasons)

As always, some things are much more important than basketball. Hopefully everything is fine with Towns and his family.

Enjoy the game, Dub Nation!
