Austin Reaves’ status remains up in the air as the Lakers host the Pelicans on Tuesday.

Austin Reaves remains questionable for the Lakers ahead of the penultimate game of their homestand. The Lakers will take on the Pelicans on Tuesday and Reaves is listed as questionable for the contest with a right calf strain.

Luka Dončić is listed as questionable while LeBron James is probable.

Prior to Sunday’s game, head coach JJ Redick spoke about Reaves, stating that they considered the diagnosis as good news. He was considered day-to-day moving forward, which is reflected in this injury report.

Redick also spoke about Goodwin, revealing that he had suffered a Grade 1 sprain, which is effectively the best of a bad situation.

Luka being listed as questionable is not new, but the injury is. Instead of being listed for his calf injury, he’s instead listed with a right knee contusion. That is the injury that caused him to leave during the first quarter of Sunday’s game, though he returned to the bench and looked none the worse for wear the remainder of the game.

Hachimura remains out with his patellar tendinopathy as he’s set to be re-evaluated at the end of the week.

The Lakers will play the Pelicans on Tuesday, then finish their homestand on Thursday against the Knicks. Following that, they’ll go on a four-game road trip. The end of that road trip will also be the start of their stretch of six games in eight days.
